Willkommen in Berlin!
Dear colleagues,
We are pleased to be able to continue our phonosurgery courses at the Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin. The feedback from the past courses has encouraged us to keep the basic structure of this event. We want to discuss the indication and methods of phonosurgery with all participants. We will present how we treat our patients from the time they enter our department until the final post-operative care. History taking, listening, thorough diagnostics, finding a diagnosis, and careful treatment with constant monitoring of results are the main pillars of our daily practice. In addition to lectures and case presentations, we demonstrate live surgeries in 3D projection with interactive contact with the surgeon. The Department of Audiology and Phoniatrics at Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin is a unique institution that covers all aspects of phoniatrics on three sites. The location of the Charité Campus Mitte near the Reichstag and Tiergarten in the centre of historic Berlin is an inviting place not only for physicians but also for tourists. We are sure that you will savour the atmosphere of a lively yet serene capital city. We want to offer you time and space for knowledge exchange and lively conversations.
Be very welcome at the Charité, Berlin.
